When I think about this place, I don’t think about the place itself. I think about the season of life it represents. This place became the backdrop for some of my happiest memories because it was where we got to openly enjoy being together.
So many evenings began right here. We’d head out for dinner, wander through the Guilford Green, browse the little shops, and enjoy whatever the night had in store. We didn’t need expensive plans or exciting destinations because being together had already become my favorite place to be.
This was also the season when our relationship no longer felt like a dream we hoped would happen someday. It had become our everyday life. All those ordinary walks, conversations, and evenings together quietly built the foundation for everything we’ve shared since.
